Looking for Your Water Bill? Redmond Launches New 'Monthly' Utility Billing System Friday, June 7!

City of Redmond is rolling out its first monthly bills from our new Utility Billing system.   This is a complex conversion that is underway and your patience is greatly appreciated.

Bills are going out a few days later than normal to give staff time to take extra care to minimize any potential billing errors. Due to the delay, the City is looking out for customers by extending the normal bill due date.

We would like to ask for your help in identifying any issues with your bill.

Please don’t hesitate to contact the Utility Billing Department at (541) 923-7765 if you identify any issues or have any questions. We are here to help resolve any errors or help fix any impacts caused by the new system.
Once the wrinkles in the new system are ironed out, customers will experience some significant benefits including transparency to your account information through our new Customer Portal as well as the flexibility to pay by many different payment methods.

We also have a NEW online pay portal.  City of Redmond water utility customers may pay their water & sewer utility bill online with MuniBilling.  Please have your account number handy as you will need to create a new customer account.
