City of Redmond Parks & Amenities Close in Response to COVID-19

Per Executive Order 20-12 “Stay Home, Save Lives” the City of Redmond Parks Division is closing City playgrounds, sports courts, exercise equipment and skate parks beginning today. Playgrounds, sports courts, exercise equipment, bike pump tracks and skateparks are closed. This includes pickleball, and tennis courts.

Walking, running, biking, skating or using a wheelchair or other mobility device while maintaining at least 6 feet between people on trails is allowed.

The following park amenities and areas are closed:

Homestead Pump Track
Skate Park
Wiegand Family Dog Park
Maple Avenue Arches Climbing Route

Playgrounds at:

American Legion Community Park
Diamond Bar Ranch Park
Fairhaven Park
Hayden Park
Kalama Park
Quince Park
Sam Johnson Park/HOPE Playground
Umatilla Sports Complex
West Canyon Rim Park

Sports Courts:

Tennis and pickleball courts at Sam Johnson Park
Tennis courts at Valley View Park

Open areas and trails are open – Please remember to practice safe social distancing to ensure they remain open for use!
